Trade Assurance
Your money is held in escrow and only released to the supplier after you confirm the goods arrived as agreed.
1. Pay a deposit into escrow
When you place an order you pay a 30% deposit. The funds are held by thearabnetwork, not the supplier. The supplier starts production once the deposit settles.
2. Pay the balance before shipping
When production is complete the supplier requests the balance. You pay it into escrow and the supplier ships, recording the carrier, bill of lading and ETA.
3. Confirm receipt to release funds
When the goods arrive and match the agreed specification, confirm receipt on the order. That releases the escrowed funds to the supplier.
If something is wrong
Open a dispute from the order before confirming receipt. Escrow is frozen, both parties are notified, and our operations team reviews the evidence.
Operations either releases the funds to the supplier or refunds you, and records the decision on the order.
