How do I request quotes?
Post a request for quotation with your product, quantity and destination, then invite up to five suppliers. Quotes arrive in your requests list and by email, where you can compare landed cost, lead time and terms.
How do payments work?
Orders use escrow: a 30% deposit when you order and the balance before shipping. Funds are released to the supplier only when you confirm receipt. See Trade Assurance for details.
What does “Verified” mean?
Our operations team has checked the supplier’s trade licence, address and legal entity. Suppliers apply from Verification in their account menu.
Can I buy and sell with one account?
Yes. Choose “Buy and sell” when registering. Your dashboard and orders switch between buying and selling views.
I didn’t receive an email
Check spam first. You can resend the confirmation email from Account settings. Password reset links expire after one hour.
