The platform
thearabnetwork connects buyers and suppliers. Contracts of sale are between the buyer and the supplier; the platform provides listings, messaging, escrow and dispute handling.
Accounts
You must provide accurate company information. Operations may suspend accounts that misrepresent their business or breach these terms.
Escrow and payments
Order payments are held in escrow and released according to the order lifecycle described under Trade Assurance. Disputes are decided by operations based on the evidence provided.
Listings
Suppliers are responsible for accurate listings. Prohibited, counterfeit or sanctioned goods are removed and may lead to suspension.
